About the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be joining the commercial team of Tier 1 Main Contractor on a project in East London. The project is a high-rise residential project valued around £50m. They are a family-owned international construction company looking for a hard-working Senior Quantity Surveyor to take full commercial responsibility for the project.

Key Responsibilities of Senior Quantity Surveyor:

Liaise with all members of the team
Manage and oversee Quantity Surveyors
Present forecasts and targets
Prepare tenders and valuationsKey Requirements of Senior Quantity Surveyor:

Experience leading residential projects at a Main Contractor
Degree in a construction related subject is ideal but not essential
Live within commutable distance to East London What's on offer:
