Linear Recruitment are currently recruiting for a freelance Site Manager with a strong housing background in the Tanton area. This role is due to start immediately and has the chance to go permanent for the right person. The successful candidate will have a strong drive to hit targets and motivate staff.

Job duties:

* Coordinate the day-to-day operations

* Organise and manage subcontractors on site

* Liaise with internal stakeholders to provide updates on progress

* Maintain accurate records including site diaries and health and safety logs

* Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance / H&S regulations

Experience required:

* Must have CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS

* Must have a strong housing background

* Must have strong organisational and communication skills

* Must be strong willed and have the ability to hit deadlines
