Known for delivering high-quality legal services, this firm supports clients with a client-centered, collaborative approach and has a strong reputation in the region.About the Role:The Residential Development Solicitor will handle a broad range of residential development matters, including:

  • Acquisition and disposal of land for residential development
  • Planning and infrastructure agreements
  • Joint venture agreements
  • Plot sales and development funding
  • Strategic land and option agreements

This role is well-suited for a solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE in residential development work, a strong technical skillset, and a proactive approach to managing complex transactions. The successful candidate will build strong client relationships while working in a supportive team environment focused on professional development.Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing all aspects of residential development transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and funding
