If you are we are looking for the next step in your career, our clients are looking for a Sales Valuer to join their team working in the suburbs of Norwich.

The successful Sales Valuer will be offered:

• Basic salary up to £35,000
• OTE £45,000 - £55,000

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm
• Saturday's on a rota basis between 10.00am - 3.00pm

Sales Valuer requirements:

• Previous valuations experience 
• Strong interpersonal skills
• UK driving license and access to own car
• Ability to work well as part of a team, as well as, individually 
• Organisational skills
• Driven to exceed set targets 

As a Sales Valuer, your role will include but not be limited to:

• Listing properties to the market and gaining market share in area
• Photographing properties
• Attending Valuations
• Gaining Instructions
• Closing for business
