• Fully home-based role. Work from anywhere in the UK

Due to exciting growth plans, we are looking to recruit several new Protection Advisers for the team. With a flexible culture, this is a fully home-based role.

The Position/Responsibilities

Initially, you will be guided through a detailed training scheme where you will benefit from a best-in-class onboarding process. As a home-based Protection Adviser you will then be:

• Providing telephone-based advice to clients regarding Life Insurance and Protection services
• Conducting fact finds and researching client requirements
• Maintaining records on the internal system and following the company sales process
• Building rapport and communicating professionally with clients
• Making sure clients are always receiving the best possible service
• Earning commission on all written business

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience within full advised protection advice.
• R01 or R05 qualified with a keenness to train towards full CAS status within your initial 6 months.
• A professional approach and excellent communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively over the phone
• Self-motivated and a desire to succeed
• Ability to demonstrate drive and ambition to carve out a successful career within financial services
• IT literate with high attention to detail

Whats on offer

• Base salary of up to £36,000 (dependent on experience) + quarterly bonus + excellent commission scheme. Allowing to gross circa £42,000 in year 1.
