Position: CNC Setter Operator

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

Location: Watford

Hours: 08:00am - 16:30pm - Monday - Friday

Proactive are currently in search of a skilled CNC Setter Operator to start work immediately for a world leading aerospace manufacturing company based in Watford. This is an exciting position offering ample opportunity for progression and development.

Job Focus:

Your role as a CNC Setter will involve setting and operating on CNC Milling Machines using Heidenhain controls.

Key accountabilities:

Working on the machining platforms, producing various components across all the major projects.
Setting and operating CNC Mills using Heidenhain controls.
Working to client Technical Instructions and program manuals to deliver consistent, high quality machining. across a variety of different components and product families.
Working within a team to effectively resolve quality issues and ensure your work is being completed to plan.Skills / Experience:

CNC machining experience (setting and operating).
Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment.
Clear and demonstrated understanding of engineering drawings.
able to work with minimal supervision (after initial 4-week training).
Pro-active and patient individual capable of managing your time effectively.How to Apply:
