This is a full-time, permanent role and the main working hours will be Monday to Friday, 38.75 hours per week. The Package:

Competitive salary of between £31,000 to £35,500 per annum

Overtime opportunities Main Duties:

Maintain facilities to the standards outlined by the client.
Perform planned, preventative, responsive, and cyclical maintenance tasks.
Servicing and repairing lighting and power distribution systems.
Conducting reactive repairs on various lighting systems and power distribution systems.
Servicing and repairing motors and pumps.
Handling BMS control systems competently.
Performing PAT testing competently.
Carry out building fabric tasks from minor plumbing, joinery and HVAC tasks.Candidate Requirements:

Qualified Electrician with reasonable experience in a maintenance role within a commercial setting.
City & Guilds or equivalent.
18th Edition City and Guilds.
Experience in electrical power distribution systems, and preferred experience in electrical testing.
Valid UK Driving Licence required.
