This is a permanent, full-time position offering a salary of £25,000 and career progression.The purpose of the Customer Service Advisor is to deliver excellent service to customers by supporting them with queries over the phone and email.What will your day look like?

• Providing support to customers over the phone
• Building relationships with customers communicating in a helpful and polite manner
• Meet team and personal targets
• Keep up to speed with product knowledge and services
• Provide back-office support when required

• Experience working in a customer service role within an office environment
• High volume call experience is desirable
• Previously worked in financial services or a similar regulated environment
