Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

About the role: 

Are you a dynamic and driven individual looking to make an impact? Join our Connections team on a 12-month contract! In this pivotal role, you'll provide essential support to ensure seamless service delivery for our customers and manage accurate fulfilment of offboarding requests. Your main focus will be on validating, approving, and provisioning sales orders for mobile and fixed-line services across our preferred networks and suppliers.

Key responsibilities: 

Processing mobile connection requests for all networks, including new connections, ports, upgrades, and tariff changes, to support our Telesales and Field Sales departments.

Managing and delivering customer orders for fixed-line and other solutions to aid our Telesales teams.

Collaborating closely with Sales and Care teams to meet sales order and connection requirements.

Assisting teams with offboarding requests when needed.

Acting as the link between the company and external providers to ensure customer orders are provisioned successfully and products/services are offboarded seamlessly.
