A well respected, ambitious Property & Construction Consultancy in Central London is looking for a driven Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

The Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will become part of a reputable consultancy operating across seven UK offices, with the London team currently 15-strong and led by two experienced MRICS Senior Quantity Surveyors. This strategic hire will play a key role in strengthening the London office's Quantity Surveying offering.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with the MRICS team on a diverse range of projects across Commercial, Office Fit-Out, Fire Safety Remediation & Cladding, and Student Accommodation sectors, with values typically ranging from £100k up to £30m+ and flagship schemes surpassing £75m.

There are clear plans to expand further into Residential, making this a fantastic time to join. You'll also benefit from the consultancy's structured APC Academy, with tailored support for professional development and chartership.

The Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

• RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
• 2+ years Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Consultancy
• Pre & Post Contract experience
