Job Role: Quantity Surveyor - Civils & Groundworks
Location: Essex
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (Dependent on Experience)

Eleven11 Recruitment is proud to be working on behalf of our civils construction client in Essex to recruit a Quantity Surveyor with a couple of years' experience, or would consider an Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step in their career (£30,000 - £35,000 Assistant QS).

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established contractor working on a variety of residential groundwork projects.

Requirements:

Experience in residential groundworks is essential

For QS roles: 2+ years in a similar position

For Assistant QS roles: Some prior experience in a supporting QS role

Strong communication and organisational skills

Enthusiastic and keen to develop professionally
