Head of Finance - Blackburn (onsite) - Permanent - Up to £90,000 + Bonus

IN2 Consult are partnered with an instantly recognisable brand based in Blackburn to support them with hiring a new Head of Finance for a regional division. This role is office based, however, offers flexibility around this as well as flexible start and finish times.

The Head of Finance will be managing a large, multi-disciplined team within a fast paced, dynamic environment. 

• Lead the finance function, ensuring financial stability and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.

• Manage cash flow, working capital, and risk management.

• Ensure robust financial controls and governance frameworks are in place.

• Oversee tax, treasury, and audit functions.

• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.

• Present financial reports and performance updates to the board and stakeholders.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive operational efficiencies.

• Fully qualified in ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent with at least 7 years PQE.

• Proven experience in a senior finance role, ideally as a Head of Finance, Finance Director, or Senior Financial Controller.

• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence strategic decisions.

• Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.

• Hands-on experience with financial planning, analysis, and risk management.

• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
