Northwest - Flexible on location as this role is in mind of expansion.
Our partner is a national security business looking for a Sales Director to help them achieve their expansion plans, they offer a wide variety of security services which allow them to offer their customers a 'one stop' point of service.
They have a strong foundation which will allow this role to grow the business with a focus on new customer acquisition and team growth.
Initially we are looking for a hands-on Sales Director, someone who can lead from the front with not only strategy but also sales, build a strong team around them and continuously work on ways to improve the partner experience with the SLT.

* Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve business growth and revenue targets.

Who are we looking for:
* Proven track record in a senior sales leadership role with a history of exceeding revenue targets, preferably within Security or similar environments.
* Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and drive a sales team.
* Exceptional business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
* Experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
* Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis to drive decision-making
