We are looking for an Assistant Architectural Technician to join a busy and growing residential developer!

In this role, you'll be more than just a technical drafter; you'll be a key player in our creative process. Working closely with our senior team members, you'll help transform ideas into detailed drawings and models, ensuring every design element aligns with our vision and standards. Whether it's a cozy family home or a sleek urban townhouse, your work will contribute to spaces that people love to live in.

The role..

From creating design packages for planning, tender, and construction to liaising with building control for building regulations approval to helping maintain standard house type portfolios, the role will encompass all the aspects an Architectural Technician will be familiar with.

What we are really looking for is someone who has a sharp eye for detail and a love for problem-solving. You should be comfortable with CAD software and eager to explore new design technologies. But beyond technical skills, we value creativity, curiosity, and the ability to work well with a team. Your input will be essential in refining designs and suggesting innovative solutions that enhance our projects.

If you have at least 12 months experience in a similar role, understand building regs and have a track record of working on housing drawings packages, then you are what we are looking for!
