Position: Senior Project Manager / Senior Associate

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Senior Associate to join our client's dynamic construction management consultancy team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile new build construction projects, with a focus on key sectors including Life Sciences, Education, Manufacturing (e.g., Formula 1), and Commercial developments.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage a variety of new build projects for Life Sciences, Education, and Manufacturing/Industrial.

* Oversee all RIBA stages, from feasibility studies and cost estimation to contract management and project delivery.

* Provide guidance on the procurement of specialist consultants, including Architects, M&E Engineers, Structural Engineers, and more.

* Maintain a client-focused approach, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

* Establish and monitor project targets, including time, cost, and technical milestones.

* Identify and address quality, H&S, and environmental considerations.

* Contribute to the development of robust project governance frameworks.

* Support project planning and preparation of formal progress reports.

* Serve as a key interface between clients and consultants at all stages of the project lifecycle.

Experience & Skills Required

* Proven experience in construction project management within the construction consultancy sector.

* Expertise in project tendering, bidding, contract administration and delivery.

* Professional qualifications such as MRICS, MCIOB, APMP, or PRINCE2.

* Degree in Project Management or a related discipline.

* Hands-on experience as a Project Manager, Employer's Agent, or Senior Associate in the building sector for a Project Management Consultancy firm.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

* Proficiency in MS Project (essential).
