* Overseeing high-end residential and commercial projects from start to finish

* Managing project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

* Ensuring projects meet contractual requirements, timelines, and budgets

* Maintaining strong client relationships and handling project reporting

* Problem-solving and mitigating project risks

* Driving performance and ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in high-end residential and commercial projects

* Strong knowledge of construction contracts and regulations

* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

* Strong client-facing skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
