My client, a membership organisation is recruiting for a temporary Customer Service Executive

Main Responsibilities of the Customer Service Executive

Membership renewals and engagement; payments and general queries.

Answering and screening enquiries by telephone and email

Updating CRM

To provide ad hoc support as necessary from time to time.

Essential Skills

Proactive, a self-starter with excellent customer service skills.

Excellent verbal / communication skills, internally and externally.

Excellent telephone and people skills.

Organisational skills: Able to prioritise own workload and meet tight deadlines.

Accuracy and attention to detail.

IT / Microsoft Skills
