About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team, providing essential support for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people, helping them to achieve their full potential in a supportive educational environment.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with teaching staff to support students with SEN in their learning and development.
Assist in implementing personalised learning plans and adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
Provide in-class support and one-to-one assistance as required.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff and parents/carers.

About You

Relevant SEN experience is essential.
Experience in a support staff role within an educational setting is essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive and patient approach to working with young people.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
