YOLO Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor to join our client's main dealer in Watford.

Duties of the Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor :

* Responding to customer requests

* Booking in vehicles for service / repair

* Checking in vehicles

* Track vehicle through the workshop

* Handover the vehicle

* Achieve incremental sales

* Use technology effectively

* Manage your own performance

* Contribute to effective working

* Deal with customer complaints

* Contribute to improved service processes

The perfect Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor will have:

* Previous Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor in a main dealership or independent workshop

* Excellent customer service skills

* Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills

* Proven organisational and administration skills

Hours for the Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor : Monday to Friday 8.00 - 6.00. 1 in 6 Saturdays 8.30 - 4.00.
