Project Engineer Role - 12 Month FTC

▪️Responsible for leading various projects related to the running of a Biomass facility.

▪️Managing and coordinating projects related to the building facility and the operation of the plant.

▪️Providing project oversight and ensuring successful delivery within established timelines and budgets.

▪️Provide project plans and timelines for specific assigned projects.

▪️Liaise with stakeholders such as operations, woodyard and other associated teams to provide the feedback of required data such as costings, impact, progress, manpower requirements, technical scope and impact.

▪️Adhere to and complete the procurement process for each project.

▪️Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure project success and adherence to safety standards.

▪️Focusing on continuous improvement to achieve excellence in the operation of the plant.

Project Engineer Background -

▪️5+ Years in project engineering/project management.
▪️Minimum qualification HNC or an appropriate engineering bias degree.
▪️Experience in energy from waste.
▪️Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to work under pressure within time constraints.
▪️Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base.
▪️Proven capability to build relationships, be proactive and be part of a variety of teams.
▪️Computer literate and good experience of computer software programs such as, MS Office (Word, Excel, Project).
▪️A determined and focused approach to delivering successful projects.
▪️Creative problem-solving abilities to address challenges with innovative solutions.
▪️Strong leadership skills to inspire and guide project teams effectively.

Project Engineer Package -

▪️ £50,000 - £55,000 DOE
