We have the exciting opportunity to join a multi-discipline construction company out of their Cardiff office. You would be starting, leading and growing the Civil Engineering team - with support from another regional office.

This role has great progression routes towards Associate Director/Director with no glass ceiling.

They are a multi-disciplinary construction consultancy, covering everything from Building Services to Civil Engineering, to Architecture. You'll be working alongside a team of specialists in the industry, who promote a relaxed office environment and work to deliver the best client solutions.

Solid experience within Civil Engineer design/infrastructure
Experience running a team/projects
Desire to grow and mentor a team
Someone who is happy with client facing duties
