Shift pattern: Monday-Friday, 9:00-17:00

Hours: Full time, part time considered

Job description:

• Fully Qualified Occupational Therapists who can undertake Face to Face reviews/assessment for adults of all ages in relation to reablement, accommodation, equipment/adapts and minor adapts as well as the ability to triage.
• Community experience desirable
• Car driver is required
