Role Responsibilities - Managing a portfolio of high-value audit clients across a variety of industries
- Leading audits from planning to completion, ensuring top-quality service and compliance
- Acting as a trusted business advisor, offering strategic advice and insights to clients
- Driving business development initiatives to grow the audit service line
- Mentoring and developing the audit team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
- Identifying and implementing opportunities to enhance processes and efficiency
- Contributing to the firm’s long-term strategic planning and succession goals
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention

Candidate Requirements We’re looking for a skilled and ambitious leader with:
- ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification
- RI (Responsible Individual) status, which is essential for this position
- Extensive experience in audit within an accountancy practice, including at a senior management level
- Proven expertise in managing large client portfolios and leading audit teams
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a collaborative approach
- Strong technical knowledge of audit and compliance standards
- A commercial mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
