Must have experience as a bar and waiting assistant

Experience with cash handling

What will your role look like?

Serving food and beverages to private members and visitors
Open and close the bar and lock the clubhouse
Cash up tills
Locking up and opening up
Supervise part-time and casual staff
Run small functions and societies
Set up the dining room ready for functions and societies
Ensure the bar and function room are clean and tidy
Maintain Bar stocks
Daily cleaning tasks
To assist in the preparation of basic food items as required
