Due to increased workload, we're on the lookout for a Bench Worker/Binder Operative to join a growing company in Stevenage.

Are you the right person for the job?
To thrive in this role, you should have:
* Good computer skills and familiarity with basic software.
* Strong organisational, numeracy, and literacy skills.
* A knack for clear verbal communication.
* A “can-do” attitude with a good sense of humour (it helps under pressure!).
* Dependability, punctuality, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
* Flexibility to take on a variety of tasks.
* Local to Stevenage (within a 30-minute commute of SG1 2XU).
* Physically fit to meet the demands of the job.
Bonus: Prior experience in print finishing is great but not required—our client is happy to train the right person!
What will your role look like?
* Packing books, arranging courier collections, and managing deliveries.
* Organising storage spaces, maintaining packaging supplies, and labelling goods accurately.
* Assisting the bindery operative and contributing to other print-finishing tasks as needed.
* Loading/unloading delivery vehicles and preparing delivery notes.
