The Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll take full ownership of the commercial success of projects. You'll oversee cost management, contract negotiations, and value engineering, ensuring profitability while maintaining the highest standards. You'll liaise closely with site teams, procurement, finance, and clients, ensuring smooth project execution from start to finish. Your ability to forecast costs, analyse variations, and drive efficiencies will make you a key player in our success.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a highly motivated professional with a solid background in quantity surveying, commercial management, or cost control within civils-based residential construction. You should have exceptional analytical skills, commercial acumen, and the confidence to manage key stakeholder relationships. A HNC Level 4 qualification (or equivalent) in Construction or Building is required, along with strong communication and negotiation skills.
