HR ADMINISTRATOR / STEVENAGE / FROM £25K PER ANNUM + BENEFITS

Exciting new opening for a talented, enthusiastic HR Administrator to join a growing organisation, working alongside a fantastic team.

A brand-new opening has arisen for a HR Administrator to join us - you will assist the HR officer with all admin duties relating to HR matters.

This is initially a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract - but there is potential for it to be made permanent.

Key Responsibilities of the HR Administrator:

  • Updating recruitment tracker regarding activity and providing recruitment updates during fortnightly recruitment call
  • Creating HR requisitions for approval prior to posting vacancies
  • Posting job vacancies onto various channels
  • Support with attending careers fairs when required
  • Provide administrative support for all recruitment activities, including onboarding and offboarding
  • Ensure all administration is completed efficiently, including Elf time recording system, particularly for starters, leavers, departmental transfers etc.
  • Support HR Officer with disciplinary meetings, taking notes and producing minutes
  • Monitors the HR inbox regularly and responds to queries
  • Assist with organizing company events
  • Be involved in employee communications, provided in written form, email or media.
  • Provide support for projects as directed by MD or HR Officer or as required by the Company business plan.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • GCSE English & Maths (4/C or above)
  • Good customer service skills
  • Excellent admin skills, proficient with all MS Packages
  • Strong communicator, both written and verbal
  • Passion to learn and develop within HR function
