The Role - SEN TA

This SEN TA role requires an experienced SEN TA to work 1:1 with a child who has ASD in year 5 and can exhibit some challenging behaviour. As a SEN TA you will support your key student throughout the day supporting them academically and emotionally, working under the direction of the class teacher managing behaviour in line with the school's policy. The ideal SEN TA will have the ability to build a rapport with children who have SEN and previous experience working with children who have SEN this may have been SEN in a mainstream school.
