Greek-Speaking Customer Service Representative

€1059/month + free accommodation in shared company-rented apartments OR

€1259/month without accommodation.

Working for a leading household brand manufacturer.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Assist with product usage queries and provide solutions to concerns.
• Offer information regarding product ingredients and composition.
• Provide support in emergencies and improper product usage.

Working Hours:

• Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
• Shift: Rotational shift patterns.

Accommodation Option:

• Company-provided shared accommodation ie own bedroom in shared accommodation  for 1the contract duration 
• Fully furnished apartments (including kitchen, TV, internet).
• Utilities included (water, gas, electricity, cable TV, internet with responsible use).
• Location: 20 to 60 minutes away from the workplace.
• Eligibility: Available to those living more than 100 km away from Lisbon.

Additional Details:

• Living Setup: Rooms are only for employees; no pets allowed.
• Upon arrival, bedding and towels are provided.
