Having experienced significant growth over the past few years, they're now looking to bolster their commercial team to support a healthy pipeline of upcoming projects across England. You'll be joining a close-knit business where everyone's voice is heard, and your input genuinely makes a difference.

About the Role

They're looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor who has worked within the interior fit out or refurbishment space. You'll be comfortable managing the commercial elements of multiple live projects ranging from £100k to £3m in value.

You'll be involved in the full project lifecycle — from tender through to final account — and will work closely with project teams and directors to ensure commercial success across your portfolio. The role offers autonomy, ownership, and the opportunity to grow with a business that rewards performance and initiative.

The key responsibilities include but aren't limited to:

* Oversee all commercial aspects of multiple fit out projects

* Prepare, submit, and negotiate tender packages and contracts

* Cost control, valuations, and forecasting throughout project delivery

* Manage subcontractor procurement and payments

* Conduct site visits to monitor progress and assess variations

* Prepare and agree final accounts

* Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and the internal team to ensure clarity and consistency
