Installation and Maintenance:

· Install, maintain, and repair a variety of air conditioning and ventilation systems, including:

· Split systems

· VRF/VRV systems

· Chiller units

· Ventilation systems (supply and extract)

· Heat recovery systems

· Diagnose and rectify faults in air conditioning and ventilation systems.

· Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on various systems.

· Respond promptly to emergency call-outs to resolve urgent issues.

· Ensure all work complies with relevant building regulations and industry standards.

· Refrigerant Handling:

· Handle refrigerants safely and in accordance with F-Gas regulations.

· Maintain accurate records of refrigerant usage and disposal.

· Documentation and Reporting:

· Maintain accurate and real-time records of all work carried out using a CAFM system accessed via PDA.

· Complete necessary paperwork and documentation efficiently.

· Estimating and Quoting:

· Conduct site surveys and prepare accurate quotations for proposed works.

· Client Liaison:

· Communicate effectively with clients, providing professional advice and guidance on system operation, maintenance, and repairs.

· Build and maintain positive client relationships.

· Health and Safety:

· Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.

· Promote a safe working environment
