Commercial Manager

£70k to £90k per annum DOE + package/benefits

Our client is a leading thermal insulation, heating, ventilation and air conditioning installation organisation. A Commercial Manager role has arisen within the business which would suit somebody from this exact background or similar.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all commercial aspects of projects.
• Prepare and negotiate contracts and budgets.
• Monitor costs, variations, and claims.
• Ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success.

Must Have:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience in commercial and residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Membership in RICS or CIOB is an advantage.
