A market leading Global Construction and Property Consultancy is looking to enhance their London office with the addition of a professional, client facing Associate Quantity Surveyor.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role

Working within a small multi-sector team of 32 professionals, predominantly focusing on the built environment but within a wider team that also has an Infrastructure focus.

Working closely with the board members and partners, the successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will have a clear progression path to Associate Director and beyond, working across all sectors of the built environment, most notably new build commercial offices, life science (new build and fit out) and some manufacturing projects from £1m - £50m.

This could be the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor who feels they've hit a ceiling in their current role and is ready to step into an Associate role, someone who wants to work within a large and highly regarded organization, or an established Associate QS eager for recognition within a prestigious firm.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will be eager to join a renowned firm, working in a friendly and flexible team on an exciting variety of schemes. You will also have:

A construction related degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
MRICS qualified or committed to achieving
Capable of running projects from start to finish independently
Property / Real Estate project experience
A desire to get more involved in business development and managementIn Return

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:

£75,000 - £85,000
