40 hours per weekOur client is looking for a dedicated and experienced Deputy Nursery Room Leader to join their Early Years team. This role is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a setting that emphasises learning through play, providing children with a safe, secure, and engaging environment where they can thrive. The nursery boasts dedicated rooms for various age groups, each thoughtfully designed to reflect the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and to maximise learning.
Qualifications: - Level 3 Early Years Qualification (essential).
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for child development.
- Experience leading or supporting a team is preferred.

Key Responsibilities: - Lead and support a team of practitioners to create a high-quality, inclusive learning environment.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children under your care.
- Develop and deliver age-appropriate activities that promote children's physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development.
- Build strong relationships with parents and keep them informed about their child's progress and development.
- Assist in training and developing staff, encouraging a culture of continuous professional growth.
