Our client a leading a leading independent financial Services Company based in Central London is recruiting an Executive Assitant/ Team Manager to join the established team.

The ideal candidate will be a Senior Executive Assistant with excellent team management capabilities, including the management of a small team of direct reports including Office managers, PA’s and support personnel.

The purpose of the Executive Assistant role is to directly support the CEO and Operations Manager, and manage a team of executive assistants, and support personnel.

The role is fully based onsite at our client’s Central London office.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and Operations Manager.
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Oversee the planning and booking of all travel arrangements for the CEO, including flights, accommodation, and chauffeurs.
  • Prepare and amend documents/ correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents for the CEO.
  • Facilitate communication and ensure follow-up on action items for the Executive Team.
  • Provide weekly team reports to the Operations Manager, summarising key achievements, challenges and upcoming priorities.
  • Oversee the scheduling and coordination of private drivers for the CEO

Team Management

  • Lead and manage the Executive Assistant team, providing guidance, support and professional development opportunities.
  • Oversee the distribution of tasks and ensure timely completion of all administrative tasks.
  • Implement and maintain efficient office systems that will help support the Executive Team.
  • Monitor the performance of the Team and provide constructive feedback to team members.

  • Proficiency in MS Office packages.

  • Strong proficiency in business administration and confidentiality.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • A minimum of 3 year of EA experience within Financial Services is preferable.
