Position: Clinical Deputy Manager

Are you a passionate and dedicated registered nurse looking to take the next step in your career? I am seeking an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join an excellent Nursing Home near Rainham, Kent.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the overall management of the clinical services, ensuring high standards of care.
Lead and mentor nursing staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and ensure best practices are upheld.
Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, particularly for residents living with dementia.
Ensure the smooth running of the facility, with a focus on resident well-being and safety.

Requirements:
Must be a registered nurse with a valid NMC pin.
Proven experience as a Deputy Manager in a care setting.
Strong understanding of dementia care and best practices.
Excellent knowledge of CQC standards and regulations.
Leadership skills with a commitment to staff development and resident care.
