As a Financial Advisor your Roles & Responsibilities include:

* Collaborate with clients to understand their financial goals, asses their current financial situation, and develop personalised strategies to meet these needs.

* Actively generate business by engaging with Practice clients provided by the firm and independently sourcing new clients through networking, referrals and marketing initiatives.

* Stay updated with financial regulations, ensure adherence to the required standards, maintaining accurate records to ensure transparency and accountability.

Required Skills & Qualifications as a Financial Advisor:

* Level 4 DipFA or CII Diploma or equivalent qualification required.

* Desirable to also have/interested in obtaining CeMAP or equivalent qualification.

* Must have a proven track record of delivering tailored financial advice.

* Based around either the Cardiff or Bristol area.
