Job Title: Property Manager
Location: Office based near Reading, Berkshire
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with all relevant regulations.
- Coordinate property inspections, maintenance, and repairs with contractors and service providers.
- Handle tenancy agreements, renewals, and termination processes.
- Act as the first point of contact for tenants, resolving any issues or queries promptly and professionally.
- Ensure properties meet health and safety standards, including compliance with gas and electrical safety regulations.
- Oversee rent collection and arrears management, liaising with tenants as necessary.
- Prepare and manage budgets for property upkeep and improvements.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in property management or a related role is essential.
- Strong knowledge of residential property legislation and compliance.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- A valid UK driving license is preferred but not essential.
