Shifts for Label Room Controller:
Pay:
- £26,500 - £30,500 dependant on experiance
Main Duties of Label Room Controller
- Ensure all labelling of products is completed in compliance with quality control standards.
- Manage and maintain the correct labelling of vegetables in the packhouse, ensuring labels are clear and accurate.
- Handle and organise labelling materials, ensuring stock levels are monitored and replenished when necessary.
- Use computer systems to track product information and update relevant records (Microsoft Word, Excel).
- Perform quality checks on labels to confirm the accuracy of product details.
- Maintain accurate documentation for traceability and reporting purposes.
- Coordinate with the Head of Operations, Supervisors, and Managers to address any issues related to labelling or inventory.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing duties.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the label room, maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
- Maintain a professional and cooperative relationship with team members and management, even while working independently.
- Driving Licence desirable
Working Conditions:
- Site-based role at the production facility (packhouse).
- Lone working environment with occasional interaction with the wider team.
- Standard working hours with flexibility required during peak production periods.
- Full training will be provided on company systems and labelling procedures.
