We are seeking an Evaluation & Impact Specialist to join a non-profit organisation and be part of a dedicated and friendly team. This pivotal role will lead the charity’s strategy in income generation and communication efforts, focusing on developing sustainable long-term income streams and enhancing brand awareness.play a pivotal role in the development of monitoring, evaluation, and impact measurement across our services.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Lead the development of a Theory of Change for the organisation.
  • Contribute to the development and coordination of organisational Key Performance Indicators.
  • Develop and implement an effective monitoring, evaluation, and learning framework across frontline services.
  • Define project outcomes, outputs, and reporting structures with managers.
  • Implement and manage residents’ feedback mechanisms to ensure comprehensive feedback is obtained.
  • Conduct annual service user evaluations and evidence-based research to inform organisational performance and strategy.
  • Evaluate organisational performance in local and national contexts.
  • Produce internal intelligence reports and provide timely and accurate returns to commissioners.
  • Manage and administrate the organisation’s data capture software, ensuring data quality and compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in developing and implementing monitoring, evaluation, and learning frameworks.
  • Proficiency in managing monitoring systems and using data analysis packages (Excel/SPSS).
  • Strong system development and documentation skills.
  • Excellent analytical, numerical, and time management skills.
  • Ability to review evidence systematically and synthesise it to inform practice and policy.
