Role: PPM Coordinator

Salary: £30,000 - £32,000

Location: Swindon

Duties:

To Support the Hard FM Manager in all Hard Services related operations within PFI Contracts including compliance with Health & Safety legislation, and External audit requirements.

* Liaising with Specialist Providers and follow up on remedials and service dates

* Communicating programme of works to client parties

* Updating the core business system with report sheets, compliance notes

* Assist with the operation and development of the Company's Safety Rules and Procedures.

* Liaise with the Management team to ensure the safe delivery of Hard FM PPM tasks, Reactive Works and small works within budget and to time.

* Explore opportunities to reduce associated costs and increase energy efficiencies

Collating and reviewing Specialist providers documentation and filing them accordingly

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years' experience in Hard FM
* Experience of FM service deliverables
* BMS operations
* Management of Supply Chain
* Implementation of Statutory Compliance PPM tasks
