Part Time Sales Administrator 

20 Hours a week , office based, 9AM -1PM 

Permanent role  -  £12.60 per hour , increases after probation to £13.35 per hour

Milton Keynes

Our Milton Keynes based Client is looking to recruit a Sales Administrator on a Part time basis  - 4 hours every day (mon-Fri)       You will be part of small friendly team and duties will include :

Processing customer orders using SAP and related purchase orders, within company SLA's
Liaising with the warehouse and supplies to ensure all deliveries are made on time 
Send Samples overseas
Run Management reports 
Process all Sales Invoicing and investigate any customer queries related to orders and invoicing, following through to completion raising credits where necessary.
Other admin duties to support the business as directed by he Commercial Services Manager
The right candidate will have a positive attitude, great attention to detail, ability to retain lots of information and juggle a busy workload.  Previous order processing experience and ideally SAP
