Project Engineer

Location: Cramlington
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Job Type: Permanent, full time and on site

About the Role

We are seeking a Project Engineer to join an established projects team and the opportunity to lead technical projects, working closely with engineering and production teams throughout the entire project lifecycle—from contract award to system trials.

Key Responsibilities

* Integrate design solutions into projects

* Identify and manage technical risks, implementing mitigation plans

* Ensure specifications for outsourced components and assemblies are complete

* Prepare and manage client installation documents

* Respond to and resolve client technical queries

* Lead the completion of risk assessments and functional design specifications

* Collate and close Technical Construction Files

* Act as the technical lead during customer installation and trials
