An experienced Site Manager with at least 5 years of on-site construction experience is needed to join the team at this accredited specialist construction and maintenance company based in Hertfordshire and Cambridge on a full-time basis. 

Looking for a site manager to coordinate their civils team who does a mixture of maintenance and project work. It is a secure site. 

You will have the opportunity to work closely with the office team, contributing to their overall success. You will be working alongside another supervisor who is also based on site but is responsible for a separate team.

Today, the company provides reliable building maintenance, refurbishment, repair, construction, and building extension services for both commercial and domestic customers across the Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement safe systems of work
• Enforcing on-site health and safety
• Managing civils team
• Liaising with clients and other members of the company
• Conducting quality and safety inspections
• Day-to-day problem-solving and dealing with issues that arise
• Preparing RAMS
• Ordering materials

Required Experience:

• Preferable SSMTS or SSSTS
• Preferable first aid at work or EFAW
• CSCS card essential
• Minimum 5 years experience on construction sites

Required Skills:

• Must have excellent communication skills
• Calm, patient and organised
