An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and detail-oriented part-time Administrator to join the Business Support department of a renowned Not For Profit organisation in Liverpool.

Description

The key responsibilities of a Part-time Administrator candidate will include, but may not be limited to;

  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications
  • Maintain and update records and databases
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations
  • Coordinate with other departments for seamless information flow
  • Help in organising events and meetings
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information

Profile

A successful Part-time Administrator should have:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
  • Ability to commute to Liverpool
