Description
The key responsibilities of a Part-time Administrator candidate will include, but may not be limited to;
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications
- Maintain and update records and databases
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations
- Coordinate with other departments for seamless information flow
- Help in organising events and meetings
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
Profile
A successful Part-time Administrator should have:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
- Ability to commute to Liverpool
