What You'll Do:

- Relationship Building: Forge strong connections with clients, understanding their recruitment needs to deliver tailored solutions.

- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract exceptional talent using job boards, social media, networking events, and more.

- Interviewing and Screening: Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for specific roles.

- Placement and Support: Match candidates to exciting opportunities and ensure a smooth transition into their new roles, offering ongoing support where needed.

- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices to provide informed advice to clients and candidates.

- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture.

What We're Looking For:

- Trainee: A passion for people and problem-solving, with excellent communication skills and a desire to learn.

- Experienced Consultant: Proven success in recruitment, strong client and candidate management skills, and a results-driven mindset.

- Senior Consultant: A track record of exceeding recruitment targets, leadership potential, and deep expertise in your sector.

- Proactive, organised, and adaptable individuals ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with recruitment tools, social media platforms, or industry-specific software is a plus.

Package:

Basic salary up to £33K + Commission + Bonus

OTE up to £58K
