The Recruitment Co are currently with a client based in Peterlee who are looking for experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operator to join the team on a Temp to Perm basis. The ideal candidate must have at least 300 hours of forklift operating experience and hold a valid Counterbalance Forklift License.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a counterbalance forklift to move, load, and unload materials efficiently.
• Transport goods around the warehouse or production facility in a safe manner.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
• Assist with general warehouse duties, including stock control and inventory management.
• Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately.
• Perform routine checks and maintenance on the forklift to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements:

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift License
• 300 hours of accumulated experience operating a counterbalance forklift.
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

£11.44ph rising after 12 weeks.
Monday to Friday days and back shifts
Temporary with opportunity of permanent position
