White label are currently working with an innovative UK-based company in the sustainable waste management and recycling industry who are looking to hire a UK & Ireland Sales Manager.

About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business across key sectors including Agriculture & Equestrian, Building & Construction, Landscaping, Fabrication & Packaging, Utilities, and more (approximately 70% of your time). Additionally, you will manage and develop existing accounts, ensuring long-term relationships and maximising revenue (the remaining 30% of your time). This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with the Head of Sales and internal teams while contributing to the company's growth and success.

A few musts from my client are:

* Previously selling for an SME manufacturer of goods.

* Selling into industries such as building & construction, landscaping & agriculture, fabrication, equestrian, utilities, and packaging.

* Experience of building and developing distribution networks.

* Real 'Hunter' mentality, as 70% of the role is new business development.

* 30% account management.

* NPD experience, working closely with customers and internal stakeholders (hence the requirement for manufacturing experience).

Key Responsibilities:

* Drive new business across target sectors including building & construction, landscaping & agriculture, fabrication, equestrian, utilities, and packaging.

* Manage and nurture existing customer accounts.

* Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to business growth.

* Upsell and cross-sell the full range of products to both new and existing clients.

* Provide regular reports, forecasts, and visit documentation to key stakeholders.
