Housing Support Worker Temporary

Hamilton Woods are currently recruiting for a Housing Support Worker on behalf of a charist based in Rochdale. The role is offered on a temporary basis on 18.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities of the Housing Support Worker includes:

• Working with a variety of male and female clients with complex needs including substance misuse and offending
• Conducting home visits
• Fostering multi-agency working
• Signposting clients to other services within the community
• Completing housing benefit, council tax and universal credit claims
• Conducting risk and needs assessments

Requirements of the Housing Support Worker:

• Enhanced DBS
• Full UK Driving Licence
