The Ideal Candidate

- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Has experience teaching in Key Stage 2, preferably Year 4.
- Demonstrates strong classroom management skills and a passion for teaching.
- Is enthusiastic, proactive, and committed to making a positive impact on children's learning.
